The class will run from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. for ten Thursdays starting Jan. 8.
Learn to sculpt a life-like portrait in oil-based clay with instructor Armando Gutiérrez G. We will use Plasticine (Oil) Clay. Emphasis on anatomy and proportions, as well as creating a life-like piece with character. The fee includes the model (there is no additional model fee). An armature will be provided; plasticine clay, if you need it, can be purchased at the studio.
Over 70 works, all of them 10"x12" or smaller to browse and enjoy! Please invite your friends, family, and collectors!
Spend 10 weeks creating one or more clay figure studies in a supportive environment. No instructor, but if you are new to this we will help you get ready and situated. Always a fun group, with great learning opportunities!
